Country Style Seasoning

1 and 1/3 cup Nutritional Yeast                1/2 tsp Turmeric

1 TBS Onion Powder                                  1 tsp Dried Parsley

2 tsp Garlic Powder                                   1 TBS Paprika

1/2 tsp Celery Seeds

Blend high speed until fine.  Let sit 3 minutes in blender.  Store covered.


½ Cup chopped onions                                    ½ tsp Salt

½ Cup Freshly Sliced mushrooms                    ¾ tsp Garlic Powder

2 Tbs Oil                                                          1 tsp Onion Powder

2 Tbs Water                                                     1 Tbs Cornstarch

3 Cups Water                                                   2 Cups Frozen Green Peas

½ Cup Cashew Pieces                                      2 Cups Cooked Garbanzos

4 tsp Sesame Seeds                                          ¼ Cup Country Style Seasoning(blend of choice)

Saute onion and mushrooms in oil and water, set aside.   Blend ingredients on high 1-2 min.(not garbanzos or peas)   Pour into saute and cook medium heat until thick.   Rinse Peas in hot water 15 seconds.   Mix all ingredients in saucepan cook a 2 min.  Serve over rice or noodles.

                Walnut-Olive Burgers

1 Cup Black Pitted Olives                                ½ tsp Sage

¼ Cup Water                                                    ½ tsp Thyme

1 Cup Chopped Walnuts                                  ¼ tsp Marjoram

2 ½ Cup Rolled Oats                                        ½ tsp Garlic Powder

1 Cup finely Chopped Onions                         ½ tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Salt                                                          1 Cup walnuts

1 Tbs Soy Sauce                                              1 ¾ Water

Blend Olives and water, add in next ten ingredients.  Blend walnuts and water add together and let sit 15min.   Bake 20min each side for at 350 Degrees
